MERCHANDISE NOTICE

In order to maintain a high-quality show, exhibitors are asked to only display items classified as antique, vintage items or out-of-production collectibles. Vintage clothing must be at least 50 years or older. No newly hand-crafted items, arts, craft-type market items, new paintings, new quilts or other items that do not qualify as Antique, Vintage or out-of-production Collectible will be permitted.

Firearms must qualify as antique meaning fabrication on or before 1899.

Management reserves the right to ask exhibitors to remove any items from display that do not meet these criteria.

  • Must be antique, vintage, or out-of-production collectible
  • Vintage clothing must be at least 50 years old and indicative of the era (70's clothing or earlier only) No newer jackets, hoodies, jeans, t-shirts, etc'
  • No newly hand-crafted wood items, or newer blankets, paintings, quilts, etc.
  • No newer jewelry, kitchen, or yard items
  • No bare tables! Table coverinq s must be used

    Reservations and Payment

    Exhibitor space may be reserved by mailing a contract and fees in full prior to desired show deadline.  You will be confirmed by email or telephone.

    Established, regular dealers may reserve with a $50 Deposit prior to the show deadline.  May contracts should be mailed by March 1.

    Exhibitors should pay rent for subsequent shows at the promoter's desk prior to leaving the current show.  The Promoter's Desk is open show weekends only, Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    Dealers have 7 days to renew and reserve their space following each show. A standard deposit of $50 is required for all reservations.

    We encourage dealers to pay their sales tax in a timely manner-Forms are available at the promoters desk.

    Cancellations

    NO CREDIT IS GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE SHOW. ENTIRE BOOTH RENT, INCLUDING TABLE FEES COME DUE.

    All dealers must be set up by 7 am and in their booths by 7:30 am on Sunday morning. Management reserves the right to re-assign any space unoccupied at 7 am the Sunday Morning of the show. A dealer who fails to show forfeits all fees due.

    Additional Information

    VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION

    • Window cards will be distributed upon dealer arrival at the gate on Saturday morning. Window Cards must be visible on the dash of all dealer vehicles while on the grounds.
    • If a second vehicle is necessary, exhibitors must arrange for this IN ADVANCE.
    • Second vehicles must be parked in the lower parking area or the "race track" parking area.
    • Large Vehicles that do not fit in your space should be parked in a designated parking area outside of the exhibition area. Please contact us in advance to inquire if your vehicle will fit inside your space.

    EXHIBITOR SETUP & SHOW SCHEDULE

    • Exhibitors may begin setting up AFTER 11:00 AM on the Saturday of the show weekend.
    • Exhibitors entering on Sunday morning are asked to use the Davis Street Entrance.
    • Exhibitors may exit and enter on a 24hour basis any time after Saturday through the guarded (Davis) gates.  Buildings shall be secured and guarded (security provided) between the hours of 7:30pm and 6:00am.
    • The gates open to the general public Sunday at 8:00 am.  Dealers must be in their booths by 7:30 AM.  The show runs until 4pm.
    • Exhibitors are asked to be professional and must not begin packing until after 4pmNo Early Packing.
    • Please remove all trash and materials from your booth before leaving.
    • Drive-In unloading is available.  Please keep aisles clear to accommodate all dealers during setup.

    WEATHER

    • The show will be held rain or shine.  Dealers should plan to exhibit “rain or shine”, regardless of forecasts or weather changes during the show.

    LODGING & ACCOMMODATIONS

    • Exhibitors who wish to stay on the grounds overnight Saturday may do so.  A $5 fee for electrical hookup applies. Early arrivers in advance of Saturday will be charged camping fees by the fairgrounds.

    TABLE USE & DISCLAIMER

    • Tables are available for rent.  Please request in advance of show setup.  Table coverings must be used, please NO bare tables.  Chairs are not available. 
    • Exhibitors are responsible for inspecting tables for proper function prior to use and are expected not to overload tables beyond their capacity.
    • AAM Management assumes no responsibility for the functionality or exhibitor use of the tables.

    LIGHTING

    • Buildings have good lighting and outlets are available for exhibitors wishing to utilize additional lighting in their displays.

    NO ADVERTISING

    •  NO distribution of contracts or advertising on the premises unless preapproved by show management.
